Return & Repair Policy

We at Jemily Fine Jewelry want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original, unworn condition, along with the original packaging and original sales invoice, within 7 days from the delivery date for either a store credit or a refund. Returns after the 7 day period are only eligible for a store credit.

Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or repaired.

Sale, personalized and custom order items are FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.

Before shipping your item back, please first send an e-mail to info@jemily.com and include your name, the item, date of purchase and a brief explanation of the reason for return, and you will be issued a Return Authorization number. Please do not send in your item for return without receiving this RA# first (no refund will be given without this return authorization.) For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We also recommend that you insure your package for the full purchase price of the item being returned as Jemily is not responsible for items lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged in transit.

After receiving your RA#, please mail your item(s) with your name and RA# in the original packaging, along with the original sales invoice, to:

Once we receive your return in its original, unworn condition, either a store credit or refund will be issued. If you opted for a credit card refund, we will process your refund in the original form of payment as soon as practicable. We will notify you by email when this transaction takes place. Note that refunds do not include shipping charges in either direction.

REPAIR POLICY

We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and using fine materials. If your jewelry needs a repair please email us at info@jemily.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice and your contact information. If we determine we can accept your repair, we will reply and provide you with a Repair Number and shipping information. This Repair Number must clearly be marked on the exterior of your package. Packages without a Repair Number will not be signed for and will be returned to the shipper at their expense. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for a repair assessment. Most damage due to normal wear and tear within the first year of purchase will be fixed with our compliments, although we reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear versus user damage due to negligence or abuse or due to another jeweler attempting to perform any repair work on your jewelry. After one year, all repairs will be subject to a repair fee. A repair fee estimate will be provided either prior to, or upon receipt of your jewelry, depending on the nature of the repair. Please note that we are not responsible for your jewelry until it is in our possession and that repairs typically require 2-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the repair.
